Returns

Last updated May 16, 2026. This policy explains the return window, item condition, and refund timing.

Return window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To begin, email support@varsoli.com with the order details and reason for return.

Condition requirements

Returned watches must be unworn, undamaged, and sent back with the original packaging and included accessories. Items showing wear, misuse, missing parts, or damage caused after delivery may be rejected or partially refunded.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Varsoli shipped the wrong item or the item arrived with a verified defect. Return instructions are provided after the request is reviewed.

Refund timing

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. The payment provider may take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.

Defective or incorrect items

If an order arrives defective or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and the order details so the issue can be reviewed.
