Processing time

Orders are reviewed before fulfillment. Standard processing normally takes 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable, Varsoli will contact the customer before proceeding.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier service available at the time of purchase. Standard delivery estimates are shown before an order is confirmed. Tracking information is provided when the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost, taxes, and any applicable fees must be shown before a customer confirms an order. Product prices on this site are listed in USD and do not include any destination-specific charges unless stated at checkout.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@varsoli.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a package arrives damaged or tracking appears stalled, contact support within 7 days with the order details and available photos. Varsoli will review the carrier status and respond with the next step.
