Where does my order ship from?
Every order is dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse at Rm 11, 15/F, Block A, Profit Industrial Building, 1–15 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong and ships with FedEx.
Will I owe customs or import fees?
No. Shipments travel from Hong Kong to the United States, and FedEx handles customs clearance and any duties or import charges end to end under our shipping account. The product price and the 10% sales tax shown at checkout are the full amount you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days and standard transit normally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
What will I pay at checkout?
Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $20.00 per order, with no free-shipping threshold. A 10% sales tax is added at checkout, calculated on the product subtotal only and not on shipping, and both amounts are shown on the order summary before payment. No other handling or service fees are charged.
Can colors and glazes vary?
Reactive and textured glazes can show small variations in tone or pattern. The listing states when this is expected. A different model, material, size or main color is not treated as a normal variation.
Are ceramics dishwasher or microwave safe?
Only when the individual product page says so. Decorative vases and planters should not be assumed food-safe.
How do I track my order?
Use the order tracking page — enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. No account is needed. Once the parcel leaves our Hong Kong warehouse the FedEx tracking number is shown there and emailed to you.

How do I return an item?
