Independent retail sourcing
Varsoli is an independent retailer. The ceramics collection is sourced from established U.S. retailers. Each product page identifies the actual brand or manufacturer, the location the order ships from and the carrier. Varsoli does not claim to be the manufacturer or an official brand store.
Where stock is held and dispatched
Purchased stock is consolidated at the Varsoli warehouse, Rm 11, 15/F, Block A, Profit Industrial Building, 1–15 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, and every customer order is picked and dispatched from there with FedEx. The retail brands shown on product pages are the manufacturers of the goods, not the Varsoli brand. Varsoli sets its own retail price and provides customer support for orders placed on varsoli.com.
Counterfeit prevention
When buying stock we select listings sold and fulfilled directly by the named retailer rather than third-party marketplace sellers, record the source URL and seller, and avoid products whose brand identity, seller or specifications cannot be confirmed. That stock is then held at our Kwai Chung warehouse and shipped to customers by Varsoli. We do not relabel branded goods as Varsoli products.
Listing and quality checks
- Brand, material, color, dimensions and included quantity must be stated.
- The primary image must show the actual product and correct variant.
- Source price, stock and seller are recorded at the time of verification.
- Physical discrepancies, breakage and recurring packaging issues are reviewed before an item remains in the catalog.
Pricing
Varsoli prices include sourcing, order handling, payment processing, customer service, shipping risk and returns administration. The source price is not represented as a Varsoli sale or comparison price.
