Store operator

Varsoli operates this online store from 188 Westdale Dr, Santa Cruz, CA 95060, United States. Contact: support@varsoli.com or +1 (227) 279-6133.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed price, shipping cost and tax. An automated receipt confirms that we received the order; acceptance occurs when fulfillment begins. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a stock error, pricing error, suspected fraud or an address the carrier cannot service.

Prices and tax

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude tax. A 10% sales tax is added to the product subtotal at checkout on all U.S. orders and is shown before payment. Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $20.00 per order.

Independent retailer disclosure

Varsoli is not the manufacturer or an official store of the third-party brands shown in product listings. Brand names identify the actual goods. Varsoli sells as an independent reseller and ships every order itself, from its Hong Kong warehouse, with FedEx. The product page identifies the dispatch origin and the carrier.

Product information

We work to keep titles, images, dimensions, materials, prices and availability accurate. Reactive glazes may have ordinary variations stated in the listing. If an item materially differs from the order, the Returns & Refunds policy applies.

Delivery, returns and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy form part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varsoli is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
